    Didn’t receive any confirmation about my order until a week after ordering and only because i had to message about the whereabouts of my package but did receive package. Can’t say that I was overall impressed about not getting any confirmation or tracking information.

      A confirmation email containing the tracking number was sent out to you the day your order was completed. Our records show that it was sent out on March 26 at around 11:40am pacific time. Please make sure you double check your junk/spam folders if you do not see the order confirmation email.

    The now 3 day express for $19 has been averaging 4-5 days for delivery, order accordingly.

    Sad to say but I am really disappointed in the customer service and the product lately. I have referred several people to the site and I am not getting my referral discount and I have written messages to find out why and never get a response. I also notice the product prices are increasing and the quality is decreasing. The last several bags I have received are not very good quality, some smell moldy and I even had bud rot in one of the bags.

    I use to recieve my order less then a week now it is 2 weeks now to come in.

      Hi Nancy, thank you so much for your orders with us! We understand that it must be frustrating to wait for your package for so long as we also rely on Canada Post to do their job by delivering our customer’s packages in a timely and efficient manner. Canada Post was closed for a record 4-day long weekend during the Easter Friday/Good Monday long weekend (they don’t usually close for two holidays back to back) which caused a huge backlog for their package deliveries on top of them already being short-staffed. The majority of e-commerce businesses also had sales ongoing throughout the long weekend which also contributed to the influx in packages. Please be patient with them as they work hard to get through the huge backlog and get back on track with their delivery times.
