The website is easy to navigate through. If you’re looking for something specific, it’s right in the drop menu. Customer service is genuinely top notch. They reply within the same day you reach out, and resolve issues quickly. Delivery was always good. I live on the complete opposite side of the country from where the company is based from, and I get it within 3 days (when it’s not Christmas b/cuz of Canada Post)

Didn’t receive any confirmation about my order until a week after ordering and only because i had to message about the whereabouts of my package but did receive package. Can’t say that I was overall impressed about not getting any confirmation or tracking information.
